Using the service

Use Pracxa only for lawful assessment and learning purposes. Review these terms together with the Privacy Policy and your applicable plan, order and institute assessment rules. Keep login details secure and provide accurate account and billing information.

Accounts and access

Use only accounts you are authorised to access. Institute administrators are responsible for staff permissions and assignments. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to support@pracxa.com.

Assessment responsibility

Institutes are responsible for exam content, candidate notices and permissions, scoring decisions, appropriate proctoring settings and compliance with applicable rules. Candidates must follow institute instructions, must not impersonate others and must not bypass assessment controls. Raise assessment disputes with the institute first.

Content ownership

Upload only content you have permission to use. Users retain rights in their own content; Pracxa needs to store, process and display it to provide the service. Do not misuse Pracxa branding or imply an unauthorised endorsement.

Plans, payments and credits

Functionality, limits and credit deductions depend on the selected plan and rates shown in the platform. Review prices, taxes, billing periods and renewal information before paying. Payment-provider terms may apply. Sandbox checkout is not a live payment. Contact support about cancellation or refunds; applicable order terms and mandatory consumer rights remain relevant.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with platform security, access another organisation’s information, upload malware or unlawful content, send abusive or unsolicited messages, or misuse candidate information. Do not use the service to harm candidates or third parties.

Notifications and third-party services

Institutes must have appropriate permission to contact recipients and comply with provider rules. Delivery depends on recipient details and provider availability. WhatsApp and payment providers have their own terms. Message delivery or reading is not guaranteed.

Availability and review

Connections, browsers and third-party services can affect exam delivery. Maintain contingency plans and use available recovery processes. Reports and automated monitoring signals support human review and do not replace fair assessment decisions.

Account closure and restrictions

Access may be restricted for security, misuse, plan limits or unresolved account issues. Contact support about account closure, exports or deletion before ending use. Closing an account does not automatically erase retained records. Follow the User Data Deletion instructions to request a review.

Updates and contact

Features and these terms may be updated. Review the latest published version and your subscription terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@pracxa.com with service or contractual questions.
