Request a deletion review
Sign in to the admin portal and open My account → My profile → Data deletion. Choose Request data deletion, enter the scope and details, and send the request to support. Submitting a request does not delete data.
1. Send a request
Sign in to the Pracxa admin portal and open My account → My profile → Data deletion, then choose “Request data deletion”. Candidates should ask their institute administrator to submit a request. If you cannot sign in or only received WhatsApp messages, contact support@pracxa.com for assistance. Tell us whether you are a candidate, instructor, institute administrator or WhatsApp recipient. The request form is available only after signing in.
2. Identify the information
Your name, registered email and institute details are taken from your signed-in account. Select what should be deleted and describe the records or account information involved. For WhatsApp requests, include the phone number with country code and say whether you want message-related data deleted, notifications stopped, or both. Never send passwords, access tokens, card details or unsolicited identity documents.
3. Verify ownership
We verify that you own the account or have authority to act for it. Candidate assessment records may be controlled by the institute; contact its administrator as well. We may coordinate with the institute and request further verification. A parent or guardian should explain their relationship to a child.
4. Review and confirmation
After verification, we review what can be deleted or anonymised and what must remain. Deletion can remove access to results, certificates or services and may be irreversible. We will explain relevant consequences and respond by email. Timing depends on verification, request scope and applicable requirements; this is not an immediate or automated deletion service.
Cancelled accounts and failed-payment records
After an account is cancelled, failed-payment data is retained for 40 days from the cancellation date. After that period, the account data, including failed-payment records, is deleted, except for records that must be retained under applicable law or the retention exceptions described below. Backup copies follow the backup lifecycle described below.
Retention exceptions and backups
Billing, transaction, security and audit records, disputed records or assessment evidence subject to legitimate retention requirements may need to remain. Where applicable, we will explain the reason. Backup copies can remain until the relevant backup lifecycle expires.
WhatsApp and Meta information
Use this same email process to request deletion of information held by Pracxa in connection with WhatsApp. Stopping messages or removing a Meta connection does not automatically erase Pracxa records. Pracxa cannot delete messages on your device or independently held by Meta or WhatsApp; use those services’ own controls for that information.
