* Free is capped at 100 MB. Paid plans cost 1 credit per extra GB per day above included storage. Partial GB are prorated and fractional credits carry forward. Deleted videos stop contributing to future daily storage charges; earlier charges are not refunded. Storage does not reset. Exam and candidate creation allowances refresh each subscription month; old records remain available.

Current plan prices and limits are loaded from the Pracxa billing database. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply to paid plans.

Does the Free plan need payment details?+

No. Select Free to create an institute account without entering card or bank details.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Institute administrators with payment access can review and manage plans from My Account.

What happens after I choose a paid plan?

Enter your institute and administrator details, then complete payment for your chosen plan. After payment is confirmed, verify your email before signing in. The Free plan skips the payment step.
