PRACXAReserve before work begins
Pracxa reserves the estimated credits so an exam attempt or paid operation is not interrupted by an insufficient balance.
Transparent credit usage
Know exactly when Pracxa credits are deducted.

Settle after success
The completed amount is deducted. Failed operations release their reservation, and idempotency prevents the same action being charged twice.
Round by billing unit
Block-based usage rounds up. For example, 21 delivered emails use two 20-recipient units and cost two credits.

Create a new exam
10 credits when a new exam is successfully saved. Editing an existing exam does not create this charge.
Standard exam attempt
5 credits on Free, Starter and Professional; 4 credits on Ultimate for each new standard attempt.
Email up to 20 recipients
One credit for each started block of 20 accepted email recipients. Undelivered recipients are not settled.
SMS messages
No active credit rate. SMS remains sandbox-only until an approved production provider and public rate are configured.

Attempt credits and enabled proctoring are cumulative. The institute receives the quote before starting an attempt.

Starter or Professional: 50 attempts × 5 credits.

One 60-minute proctored attempt
Ultimate: 4-credit attempt + four complete-proctoring blocks × 30 credits.
Chat overage block
Each started block of 50 messages after the plan’s included allowance.
