01

Decide what the learner receives

Start with a clear purpose for the series. List the topics, the included exams and who the tests are intended for. A useful series may combine short topic tests with longer mock exams. Explain the expected level and any preparation needed. Avoid promising a result or qualification that completing the tests cannot guarantee. Give learners enough information to decide whether the series suits them.

02

Build and review the series

Create the exams first, then add the relevant assessments to a test series. Review instructions, marks and availability for each exam. Check the candidate journey with a test account before offering the series more widely. Make sure the content is yours to use and that images, passages and questions can be distributed to paying learners. Keep a record of what the offering includes at the time you publish it.

03

Check payment and access settings

Complete the seller setup required for paid offerings and check the configured payment environment. Confirm the price, access period and any retake or refund terms shown to candidates. Use a test transaction in the test environment before accepting real payments. A candidate payment and settlement to an institute are separate events. Confirm the applicable provider terms and seller status rather than assuming payment means the money has already reached your bank account.

04

Share the link and support learners

Use the supported sharing link in a social post or message. Explain the series title, intended audience and purchase requirements in plain language. Sharing a link does not remove registration, payment or availability rules. After learners join, review participation and respond to questions through the available support tools. If a payment or access issue occurs, check the recorded status before asking someone to pay again. Keep contact information easy to find so learners know where to ask for help before and after purchase.
